China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea are called the new “axis of evil.”  All four countries are the United States’ adversaries. The central figure of the group is China. This is determined by the CCP’s geopolitical ambition in overtaking the United States to establish a new world order. However, China’s relations with Iran, North Korea and Russia are far from amicable.
