Remember Chinese professor Di Dongsheng whose video went viral last December in the U.S.? Recently, professor Di discussed how China should roll out the Belt and Road Initiative after the pandemic. He detailed a plan to build a “community of common destiny for mankind.” This “community of common destiny” is an expression Chinese Communist Party leader Xi Jinping used to describe China’s global expansion.
