China appears to be on the verge of entering a dark age where random acts of violence could become the new norm. Since November, incidents of random killings and assaults in public spaces have surged dramatically. Automobiles are increasingly being weaponized, turning them into tools of terror. Following the suppression of college students’ harmless night rides, Chinese campuses have witnessed a wave of bloodshed. Meanwhile, CCP leaders are reportedly taking measures to protect their own families. However, these actions fail to address the root causes of the violence, leaving the underlying issues unresolved.
